职位描述：
As a Billing Supervisor you will be in charge of a small invoicing team and ensure the control over the invoices issued. You will make sure client’s instructions are respected and consult/report to the Operations Manager when necessary.
The supervisor’s main duties:
- Invoicing of Freight and Local Charges
- Reconciliation (Disbursements)
- Control of Invoices issued by the Team
- Make sure deadlines are respected by the team
- Disciplining the team members to check data/respect procedures/ensure accuracy of invoices issued
- Report to Operations Manager about data input problems by Operations team resulting in mistakes in Invoicing
- Intervention/coordination with Quotation Dept. & Shipping Co. for data required for invoicing & report problems to Operations Manager
- Training of Invoicing clerks and follow up/assist them in their daily tasks
- Replacement of team members
- Oversea the workload of the team
- Extract reports and analyse
- Other tasks assigned by the Operations Manager
Profile:
- Solid attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data
- Responsible
- Fluent in English
- Experience in Freight Forwarding is an advantage
