职位描述：
Primary Accountability
Assist CFO to handle daily legal works.

Key Responsibilities
1. Handle daily work of contract review, chop management, legal case, IP, insurance, etc；
2. Assist to draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contracts and other documents, including but not limited to trading or non-trading contracts, company statement,
    policies and other documents based on required;
3. Provide legal support in connection with business activities of targeted BUs & subsidiaries;
4. Provide legal opinion and analyze the relevant risk regarding company’s major events;
5. Keep communicate and cooperate with external law firm
6. Systematically file, maintain and custody all legal documents, and government inspections;
7. Translate legal documents from Chinese to English or vice versa;
8. Maintain legal system and regular legal reports;
9. Any other responsibilities and matters assigned by management.

Job Requirements
Law Bachelor Degree, bar qualification is a plus;
Related intern experience is a plus;
Strong structural thinking, good working methodology, and work independently;
Good summary and presentation skills, working cautiously;
Fluent oral and written English.
