Job Description:
 
Provide dependable reports and analysis to managers.
Schedule assignment for service team members
Administrative support to service operations team.
 
Job Requirements:
 
Liaise with Field Service Engineers on their weekly work schedules.
Manage Service records and ensure all detail and technical reports, sorting reports are completed.
Generate expense statics, onsite activity statics, satisfaction degree reports.
Manage bad spare parts report and statics.
Monitor and manage service reviews
Manage report tracking and ensure timely communications to agents.
Oversee policy rollout to Agents
Manage service scheduling according in line with sales data
Excellent communication skills, written and Spoken in both English and Chinese is essential for this position.
Good working knowledge of MS office required.
