职位描述：
工作内容：
1. 负责制剂车间日常工作如洗瓶、烘干、灌装、灭菌、过滤、轧盖等单元操作及贴标、装盒等包装工作；
2. 负责制剂生产设备包括立式超声波洗瓶机、隧道烘箱、灌装机、轧盖机、干/湿热灭菌柜、贴标机等的管理及保养；
3. 负责制剂生产环节异常结果分析处理，并跟进整改；
4. 负责制剂工艺技术优化，设备SOP编制及操作培训等；
5. 负责培养基模拟灌装等制剂生产验证相关工作；
6.负责工艺验证、清洁验证方案、报告起草及执行。

任职要求：
1. 制药工程相关专业本科及以上学历，
2. c'c有5年以上商业化生产工作经验，蛋白药物制剂生产工作经验者优先；
3. 熟悉注射剂生产工艺；
4. 熟悉制剂生产设备的操作及维护。 举报 分享
