职位描述：
- Be responsible for implementing a total company training plan and structure. Prepare annual training plan according to the training need analysis and the recommendation from the management.

- Function as primary support to the Director of Human Resources including activities in planning, organizing and executing activities leading to the training and development of qualified employees.

- Work with Director of Human Resources and General Manager on the training programs and learning system to support workforce planning and career development.

- Design, organize and facilitate the training activities and programs according to the training plan and monthly training schedule.

- Assess training effectiveness by carrying out course evaluation and regular meetings with the management.

- Corporate with operations team for the updated operational policies or standards when necessary, make the standards clear and easy to be understood and accepted.

- Enhance current training programs and develop the new in-house programs.

- Conduct in-house training programs and monitor the external trainers where invited.

- Prepare the training assessment report and monthly training report. 举报 分享
