Follow up all legal progress documents include tenantauthorization, client appointment agreement, inspection sheet, LOI, leaseagreement, et.

办理交房事宜
Arrange Property Handover

不断更新补充租户及房源数据库
Strength tenant and property Data Base,Assist senior leasing consultant in terms of businessdevelopment and customer relationship maintaining.

提供相关支持，确保本部门良好的工作及服务状态
Provide assistance to keep department operationwell.

协助物业顾问做好售后工作
Assist leasing consultant in terms of after sales work if needed

协助资深物业顾问开发和维护客户,主要是针对国内外客户。
Presentation to potential tenant of leasing projects

Site visiting

 

任职资格：Requirements:
能与公司客户进行良好的沟通交流；
With capability of effectively and good communicating with domestic and overseas customers;

做事有责任心，能够承受高负荷的工作压力；
Be responsible and bear high working pressure;

工作积极主动，具有良好的团队合作精神和客户服务意识；
Take initially and team player and with a sense of customer oriented;

具有销售经验者优先；
Sales experience preferable;

具有基础的英语听、说、读、写能力，英语熟练者***。
Basic English and with skillful English is preferable,

富有工作激情，善于公关，有丰富的房地产客户资源。
