职位概述：
1、为公司取得和开发、发展更多新的客户群体；
2、通过电话、网络以及来访接洽的方式与客户进行业务洽谈；
3、了解和发掘客户需求，积极推广公司产品；
4、与客户建立良好关系，有效维护客户，并促成业务；
5、与公司的销售支持团队协调，并及时有效地沟通，以确保订单顺利&准时交付；
6、具备市场分析及判断能力，良好的客户服务意识；
7、经常性的商务旅行；
8、完成上级安排的其他事务性工作；

任职要求：
1、专科及以上学历；
2、有3年以上销售经验者；
3、具备较强的销售技巧及销售经验，市场营销经验及渠道拓展经验；
4、具有较强的沟通能力，组织、协调能力和团队管理能力；
5、具有很强的事业心，对销售能力有强的自信心；

the shanghai office of fine china producer asianera is looking to fill a creative assistant position which focuses on new product development and customization for clients. asianera designs and produces fine bone china for the high-end and luxury markets. asianera is a hong kong-registered limited company. it has its main sales operations based in shanghai, and a wholly foreign owned manufacturing facility in tangshan, hebei.
