Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Executes field construction activities in conformance with project drawings, specifications, schedules, cost estimates, procedures, quality requirements and safety standards;
2. Construction resources including materials, furniture, and M&E equipment;
3. Provides record for the development of project schedules in cooperation with the constructors and engineers and planners;
4. Ensures that daily and weekly short-range planning is maintained down to the foreman level;
5. Manages the contractual commitments of constructors, including cost, quality, and schedule and coordinates their field activities.
Qualifications/Experience:
1. Bachelor degree in Architecture/ Project management or other engineering disciplines.
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related industry, of which, at least 1-2 years of experience in project construction and management.
3. Good experience in project construction control or EPC environment.
4. Excellence on communication and coordination with client/owner, even with engineer and designers.
5. Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skill, as well as project construction management skill.
6. Fluent speaking and writing in English.
