Key purpose of Role:

- To manage the profitable operations of BIW China’s Reward Department.
- To source reliable merchant suppliers based on accurate market insight and the understanding of participants
- To manage a best-in-class customer experience for BIW’s online reward system and drive reward redemptions for new product categories.
- To manage the day-to-day activities and lead initiatives within web site structure design, navigation experience, Reward System quality and selection enhancement, performance analysis and segmentation.
- To ensure that the CSR team satisfies customers’ needs and answer all inquiries within pre-agreed KPIs

Principal responsibilities:

1) To maximise Reward Department GP
2) To do the research for new suppliers and follow market trends.
3) To negotiate prices with suppliers, review tenders and liaise with the suppliers ensuring overall pricing matrix are continually up to date.
4) To follow up with suppliers concerning delivery times and quality of products
5) To manage budgets and develop regular reports those monitor the performance of the Reward Department.
6) To maintain, develop and update the Reward System with new products.
7) To work closely with the team for market intelligence on participant requirements to continuously develop the overall look and feel of the Reward System.
8) To design suitable marketing activities based on the latest products being offered by suppliers such as the design and creation of EDM shots.
9) To develop customer service procedures, policies and standards for CSR team and train staff to deliver a high standard of customer service.
10) To investigate and solve participants’ inquiries and record them as future reference.
11) To support Client Services and the Sales Teams as a Reward subject matter expert in winning and growing client accounts.
