职位描述：

Responsibilities:

1.Achieve all Plasma coatings sales targets for the assigned region.

2.Develops sales plans and strategies for covering existing core Plasma Coatings business accounts and new customer development.

3. Identify and manage sales opportunities based on analysis of customers' needs and technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.

4.Manage the customer quotation& contract, sample test and business follow up.

5.Coordinate with Shanghai team and HQ to satisfy customer requirements.

6.Participate in sales & marketing activities, trade show, read related publications in order to obtain information about market condition and business trend and industry development

7.Performs other related duties, as assigned.

Requirements:

1.Preferable university degree in metal material/ Chemical material/Mechanical.

2.Must have 3~5 years’ experience in sales related roles either in thermal spraying industry or converting industry( diaper, film, paper, tape…)

3.Proven track record of sales experience in B2B business model.

4.Self-motivated &Result-Oriented

5.Good communication and negotiation skill.

6.Good team Spirit.

Plasma Coatings was founded in 1969, offered basic hard facing with metallizing and plasma spray techniques, as well as the patented specialty coating "No-Stick." Plasma Coatings was the first company who integrated thermal spray technology with polymer science to offer special coating solutions. In 2003, Plasma Coatings became the division of American Roller Company, American Roller now offers a full range of synthetic rubber, polyurethane, nylon, steel, composite, bowed, heated and chilled rollers. It has also expanded its line of ceramic, metal matrix, thermal and release coatings that are applied to rollers and a variety of other industrial parts. These coatings are primarily provided when non-stick, low COF, corrosion resistance, traction and wear resistance properties are required.
