职位描述：
Responsibilities职责:
1. Responsible for supplier identification, selection & development in collaboration on purchasing commodity priorization according to company’s purchasing strategy
基于公司采购策略，负责供应商寻找、筛选和开发
2. Responsible for new project evaluation, recommending bidding suppliers, quotation and analysis, and participating in price confirmation
新项目估价，推荐竞标供应商，对报价进行分析，并参与定点定价
3. Responsible for conducting supplier audit by utilizing VDA6.3 and IATF16949
基于VDA6.3和IATF16949，负责对供应商进行审核
4. Responsible for yearly price negotiation, and to ensure meeting the target
负责年度价格谈判以确保达到目标
5. Develop VA/VE items and execute in projects
以项目管理的方式开发降本方案
6. Responsible for signing long-term delivery and purchasing contract, making budget of the price, paying attention to the trend of price changing, seeking a change to make cost reduction
负责长期供货协议和采购合同的签订、制定价格预算、监控价格走势、寻求降低成本机会
7. Responsible for suppliers’ payment checking
负责与供应商往来账款的核对
8. Other tasks assigned by the superior

Requirements要求:
1. Bachelor or above degree in engineering or mechanical
工程或机械专业本科以上学历
2. More than 5 years related experience in automotive or automotive Tier-1-industry (prefered in casting and machining automotive industry)
5年以上相关经验，或者汽车行业1级供应商经验（优先考虑铸造、机加汽车行业经验）
3. Strong communiation and negotiation skill
具有较强沟通能力及谈判技巧
4. Good Team player, capable to work under high pressure
团队合作能力，能在高压下工作
5. Be familiar with APQP / PPAP / FMEA / SPC / MSA, IATF16949 and VDA6.3
熟悉APQP / PPAP / FMEA / SPC / MSA, IATF16949和VDA6.3
6. Good command of oral and written English
