职位描述：
The title and salary of the employee will be determined according to his/her experience and capabilities;
1. Order management in ERP system - input Sales order, generate Purchase order, Material receiving, Sales delivery, etc.
2. Receive and review bills and invoices(Fapiao), make sure the charges/prices and amount are correct;
3. Manage supplier payments, make sure supplier payments are paid in time and a good record of all payments are kept;
4. Support the shipping schedule booking with ocean freight forwarder when needed;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by Supervisor;

Expectations for the candidate:
1. University/College degree or above;
2. Working experience in Finance / Procurement / Trading/ Logistics is a plus;
3. Kingdee and other ERP system experience is a plus;
4. Persistent, Proactive, detail-minded, independent, can-do attitude and a good team player;
5. Proficient in office software (excel, word, PowerPoint) ;
