Job Description：
- 协助IT部门完成采购订单录入工作。
Support IT department to key in purchase order into ERP system.
- 定期更新供应商与合同清单，以及每月付款状态跟踪。
Update supplier list, contract list, and monthly tracking payment status.
- 跟踪各类任务直至任务关闭。
Tracking tasks until all have been closed.
- 完成各类文件的翻译工作（含中译英与英译中）。
Complete document translation work (Chinese-English translation and English- Chinese translation).
- 完成IT部门相关文档、流程图与表单的更新。
Update IT department related documents, flowcharts and applications.
- 定期完成的文件存档工作。
Archive IT department related documents.

Requirements：
- 良好的Office软件技能，特别是Excel，Word与Visio
MS office, esp. Excel，Word and Visio
- 良好的英语口语与书写能力。
Good English skill both in oral and written.
