Job Description:

The job of the Associate Consultant involves assisting the consultants and project leaders in the professional issues. The associate follows the clients' needs and change, and oversees the progress of the project,

Job Requirements:

A quick learner and ability to work well under pressure

Great listening and writing skills, written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills

Excellent interpersonal skills, time management skills

Sense of product knowledge/consulting/project practices;

Proactive, detail oriented, and exhibit a high level of creativity and integrity

Education/Experience Requirements

An ideal candidate should possess a MBA or master degree in Psychology, Business management, Engineering, Sociology, Human Resource Mangement or a related field, but not limited to. 2-3year experience in Training/Consulting related work is a plus.
