Job Description:

1.The Organizational Development Consultant will be responsible for the following:

2.Provide subject matter expertise and consulting to HR and business leaders related to client's organizational change, demonstrating both intellectual and practical leadership in defining and executing change initiatives.

3.Serve as coach to client's HR and business leaders related to organizational development - human capital strategy, organizational structure, workflow design, performance enhancement and individual/group development.

4.Serve as the primary OD contact for the line of business, working with client's leadership and HR professional to identify, anticipate and address issues and opportunities related to human performance within the groups in order to support the accomplishment of their business objectives.

5.Support/Lead the development and implementation of one or more active talent management initiatives for clients, including:

• Advancing Leadership Capability Development
• Development of a Corporate University
• Workforce Planning
• Redefinition of an on-boarding and assimilation process
• Performance management process execution
• Critical skill identification and development
• Succession and bench strength development
• Employee engagement and retention

6.Serve as coach/mentor to client's executive, managers, HR and OD staff in their personal development.

7.Serve on the Talent Management Lead team; and other business leadership teams to advance the ability of the business to identify, find and acquire the talent required to run the business today and into the future.

• MA/MS in Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, HR or related field
• 8 Years of professional experience
• Travel needed
