Lean Six Sigma Consultant/ Trainer

Grade: Associate Consultant/ Consultant

Location: Shanghai and Beijing

Key responsibilities:

-Delivering Green Belt, Black Belt or champion training for industrial or transactional clients

-Coaching and mentoring to clients' Green Belt and Black Belt candidates

Partnering with client sponsors to support, lead, and drive strategic and operational projects and business critical initiatives utilizing Lean Six Sigma, business process reengineering, and operational excellence methodologies.

Consulting on the leadership and management of change initiatives, communications, training and other support programs that will effectively prepare client staff to perform optimally.

-Development, execution and maintenance of the project work plan and budget

-Conducting resource planning/skills assessment and monitor utilization levels to manage project staffing.

Basic Qualifications:

MS degree of Mechanical, Electronic, Chemical and Material Science or above with relevant work experience acceptable

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt with LSS Black Belt Certification 2006 or earlier from a reputable organization

3 to 5 years experience for Associate Consultant/ 5 years above experience for Consultant with any of the following: Lean Six Sigma, Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, Continuous Process Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), or Process Improvement

Manufacturing, transactional, or governmental experience

Prior external consulting experience and or leading Six Sigma projects preferred

Knowledge of Engineering, Design for Six Sigma, Design for Reliability, Supply Chain Management, and Quality Management System would be a plus

Fluent Chinese/ English skills is a MUST, Japanese/German is a plus
