1. 全面负责公司电子商务项目销售，根据公司发展战略及公司业务、产品的特点制订公司电子商务的具体策略，以及B2B、B2C网络商城的营销运营模式；负责对公司整个电子商务平台的规划、搭建与营运；
2. 根据市场和顾客要求对网站进行维护、更新及优化，通过网络进行渠道开发和业务拓展；
制定销售推广计划，提高店铺点击率、浏览量和转化率，实现高效运作、营销目标；
3. 及时把握客户需求，通过整理、分析网站运营的各项数据，及时分析网站推广、运营情况，调整各类产品设置与网站各级栏目的建设，及时更新与完善网站相关内容，针对性开展营销活动；
4. 负责网站营销过程中与其他媒介的沟通，制定各种商务合作方案并监控实施，同时制定商务活动的推广计划、推广目标、实施评估与监控，确定宣传内容并采取多种方式和渠道宣传推广网站；
5. 负责在线活动的策划、组织及执行；为相关运营有效维护及发展客户群体提供必要的工具及数据支持；分析竞争网站/网店推广策略，展开调研并制定针对性的推广策略，提高网站/网店目标人群覆盖率，扩大网站/网店影响力。
6. 负责线上售前、售后全套流程，包括物流配送系统的搭建，确保该运营模式有效实施。

任职要求：
1. 大专以上学历，具有3年以上电商运营工作经验；具备快消餐饮、食品类运营或推广经验优先；
2. 有一定的英语听说读写能力；
3．具有强烈的责任心、抗压能力；
4 具有敏锐的市场洞察力以及良好的执行力；
5. 具备一定的电子商务平台和网络的维护管理能力；
6. 具有务实，敬业、精益求精的工作作风，良好的逻辑思维能力及书面语言表达能力，较强的沟通、协调能力、组织执行能力及创新精神和团队合作精神。

Job description:

4. 5.Responsible for the planning, organization and execution of online activities; Provide necessary tools and data support for relevant operational maintenance and development of customer groups; Analysis competition website/online store promotion strategy, research and formulate corresponding marketing strategy, improve the website/online store target population coverage, expand the website/online store.
6. Responsible for pre-sale and after-sale full set of processes, including the construction of the logistics distribution system, to ensure the effective implementation of the business models.
Job requirements:
College degree or above, with more than 3 years experience in business operation; Have fast elimination of food, food, or promotion experience.
