职位描述：
1.Responsible for issuing VAT invoice according to sales order and book them in the system;
根据系统销售订单开具增值税发票并入账
2. Responsible for AR/AP and the clearance;
应收应付以及清账工作
3.Review sales contract and the implemention of LC;
审核销售合同及相关信用证的执行情况
4.Responsible for issuing all kinds sales/financial reports by the end of a month;
月底编制销售情况报及相关报表
5. Review each invoice received from suppliers and book them in the account;
审核供应商发票及相应单据并入账
6. Issuing payment planning every month according to application from each department;
根据各部门付款申请每周编制付款计划清单
7.Issuing purchaing and payment status by the end of a month
月末编制采购及付款情况表
8. Responsible for input tax deduction；
负责进项发票抵扣认证
9.Responsible for documents preparation and the application for the foreign exchange;
相关外汇业务的申请及资料准备工作
10.Support the annual auditing and yearly survey;
协助年度审计及年检工作
11.Other task assigned by leader
完成上级交办的其他工作

1.College degree in accouting with at least three years' experiences in the same field;
 大专以上学历，三年以上同岗位经验
2.Familiar with at least one kind of booking system, SAP is a plus;
熟练使用一种财务软件，懂SAP佳
3.Good team work and cooperation skills, initiative and responsible.
有较强的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，工作积极主动、责任心强
4.Have a certain level of English
