职位描述：
1．Job Description 岗位职责
1. According to the customer’s specification, clarify the technical issue together with R&D, IE and quality, to align the understanding of the specification.
2. According to the customer’s specification, work together with mechanic engineer for the proposal/concept of tester, to align the understanding of customer’s requirement.
3. According to the qualified proposal/concept, realize the E-Plan and BOM of tester for purchasing, wiring and labview programming.
4. Cooperate with mechanical engineer in the whole tester development process to ensure both customer and department team member have the same understanding of the tester and engineering task could be finished in time.
5. According to the design and specification, do labview programming for tester, to ensure the function of the tester could be realized with high quality.
6. According to the real problem in tester assembly or debugging phase, support electrician or mechanical engineer to ensure the problem could be solved in time.
7. According to the specification of the component, support planner or purchaser to get competitive components in the market.
8. According to the E-plan and program, support documentation engineer to realize the tester manual in time with good quality.
9. Provide guidance to Software engineer (labview) to solve the problem in daily work.
10. According to the skill matrix and training plan, support TL to do training for SW engineer (labview), to ensure the mechanical engineer could be able to handle more challenge task in the future.
11. According to experience and knowledge, make professional decision from the perspective of technology in critical and important case.
12. Participate and define the standard.

2．Job Requirements: 岗位要求
1. Fundamental electric automation knowledge based on at least a bachelor university degree.
2. Has min. 5 years’ work experience in the automation, the measurement and test engineering field.
3. Able to read and fully understand technical drawings and specifications.
4. Very good knowledge of labview programming language according to the standard IEC 61131-3 (Software).
5. Has knowledge in microcontroller flashing.
6. Good knowledge about Measurement and Test Engineering.
7. Fundamental knowledge about Motion Control Systems, e.g. XYZ axis, Robot system.
8. Fundamental knowledge about Power Electronics.
9. Could read E-plan.
10. Very familiar with the technical norms and standards of professional.
11. Basic quality understanding, including the quality tools and controlling theory.
12. Good skills in communication, management experience, work in the bilingual international team and willingness of business travel domestic and international
13. Open minded, strong personal engagement and the active team spirit is highly appreciated
