职位描述：
Our client is a giant famous European automotive MNC
base in: Jiaozuo, Henan Province
Report to: CFO

Key Responsibilities:
? Support the Admin & Control Management in supervising the industrial planning and control process
? Suggest potential solutions and improvement actions about the identified critical areas
? Support the Admin & Control Management in the decision-making process
? Cost accountant
? Reporting for closing and Budgeting activities
? Ensure Weekly Cockpit
? Monitor Factory KPI
? Variance analysis
? Prepare Monthly report and presentation for the Management

Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree or above in business administration ,finance or related disciplines;
? 5/7 years working experience in controlling (industrial controlling area is preferred);
? Knowledge of Chinese Accountancy Principles
? Good command of written and oral English;
? Able to timely respect of deadlines, solve problems and deal with pressure
? Soft Skills: Team Work, Communication Skills, Ability to build trust and strong Cross-Functional relationship across an organizational to achieve common goals.
? Hard Skill: Microsoft Excel is must, PowerPoint, Knowledge of SAP is a Plus
