Job Description 工作职能描述
- Assist Account Directors to offer professional event marketing service to our major clients,
协助AD向公司核心客户提供专业的市场营销咨询及活动策划相关服务
- Major Focus on proposal drafting & consolidation during project pitch preparation
协助AD在项目招标过程中进行方案的撰写及整理 （包括英文方案）
- Assist Account Directors to take briefing from clients, organize brainstorming with creative team, lead ops team to finish the cost estimation & operational proposals, and consolidating final pitch proposal under the instruction of key direction & strategy from Account Directors
协助AD参加客户方组织的项目需求会议，组织创意部进行脑力风暴，带领相应的项目执行团队完成：项目报价，执行方案，并在AD的策略方向把控前提下完成招标方案的整合
- Assist Account Director to proceed with contract process and payment issue with finance team
协助AD完成与客户方的合同流程并和财务部配合相关的付款流程
- Assist Account Director to finish the daily job task with better efficiency and result.
协助AD更高效地完成日常客户关系维护工作
 
Requirement 基本要求:
- Bachelor's degree with at least pass of CET-6, major in business administration, event marketing and English, etc preferred;
学士学位，CET6级或以上，市场营销或行政管理，英文专业优先考虑
- At least 5-8 years working experience, in event companies or marketing support role;
在线下活动策划领域有5-8年相关工作经验
- Customer oriented, with acute sense for marketing industry & latest and advanced technology;
客户服务为导向，对市场营销，活动策划领域及最先进最前沿的行业技术有着敏锐的嗅觉和感悟能力
- Good at Chinese/English documents/proposals drafting
善长中英文文档及方案的撰写
- A good team leader, can work independently under great pressure;
是一名优秀的团队领导者，能够在较强工作压力下独立自主工作
- Excellent communication skills;
有着优秀的沟通及协调能力
- Good command of written and spoken English, good PC and office software skills.
英文书面及口语表达能力优秀，能够熟练运用各类OFFICE软件
- Open personality and proactive working attitude towards challenges and problems.
