职位描述
he Power Sales Regional Manager will report to Zeeco China office, though may be located in other regions of China. This position will functionally report through to the Managing Director of Zeeco China. The candidate must reside in the area of responsibility.
In working with our Zeeco China Office, position duties and responsibilities may include, but not be limited to, the following:
Individual must possess a strong working knowledge of current burner and boiler technologies for integration of Zeeco products into the target markets.
Individual must possess a working knowledge of the competitive atmosphere of the market to assist with product pricing and margin targets, along with achieving sales and product goals.
Ability to work and coordinate with other Zeeco groups, as needed, to achieve target sales and product market goals.
Individual will be required to assist in the following disciplines to achieve product / market and sales targets goals:
Availability to travel approximately 50% to assist with achieving sales and product market goals.
Assist with coordination of all Zeeco disciplines in site visits and information gathering to support timely proposal issuance.
Visits with customer’s post-proposal issuance to discuss and negotiate the proposal and potential awards.
Assist with product requirements and advise design requirements to meet market needs.
Prepare and present product presentations / documents to customers / industry trade associations, etc using Microsoft Office, Excel / PowerPoint / Publisher / Adobe and all Web based systems.
Assist with development of marketing tools for products and services for the boiler burner market
Prepare regular status reports and forecasts for the target markets and customers
Assist with follow up and further development of existing customers to achieve product market and sales goals
Assist with review of new project specifications to assist with proposal development
Assist with and provide input on pricing and margin review on proposals
Maintenance, responsibility and management of travel and entertainment budgets.
Works with management to determine updated skills and tools needed to continue improving performance and knowledge.
Performs other duties as may be assigned that are appropriate based on skills and experience.
Travel is expected at 50%.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:
Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering or Related Field
Minimum of 10 Years of Experience in an End-User Sales Environment
Strong Background in the Boiler Industry and Technology and Sales
Exposure to Emissions Legislation
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate / multi-task effectively with all customers, engineering firms and all in-house staff. Candidate must be able to work in a team-environment to assist with achieving company sales goals. As part of the Zeeco sales network, this individual will interface with our sales team, Zeeco corporate staff and our extensive network of sales offices and representatives. The candidate shall also have working knowledge of all Zeeco products, with a strong focus on Power (boiler and duct burner) products and technical requirements.
The candidates shall also be responsible for regional management of our Sales Representatives, and all Zeeco disciplines required to ensure meeting our sales targets. Candidate will be responsible for sales calls on both end users in the area of coverage and engineering companies, for power product sales
