Key Areas of Responsibility：
主要工作职责
? Initiate and lead the customer complaint handling process after a complaint is registered by the CQM.
? First analysis of the failed product, definition of containment action and initiation of risk analysis.
? Coordination and leading the root cause analysis, resulting in effective countermeasures.
? Reporting of all the findings via 8D format, communication to all parties involved, and final reporting to the responsible CQM
? Keeping the customer informed on progress of the complaint handling, either via the responsible CQM, or in direct contact with the customer.
? Communication of customer relevant feedback to Production, Engineering, and within the IQM team.
? Evaluation of complaint statistics, and reporting to the relevant levels in the organization on daily, weekly, and monthly base.
? Lead, coordinate or support customer audits related to quality complaints.
Job Requirements & Skills

1. Education学历
? Bachelor / master degree: Electronics or Physics

2. Experience工作经验
? At least 5 years working experience in quality management with customer interface, related the Automotive industry, electronic products/LED will be plus.

3. Competency and Skills 能力和技能
? Familiar with electronic products manufacturing and quality control process.
? Familiar with the way of working of customer complaint handling.
? Familiar with the quality management system.
? Good communication skill
? Good English skill both in writing and orally, Japanese skill will be plus.
? Familiar with working in a multicultural environment.
? Capable in dealing with conflicts of interest.
? Experiences in leading an 8D or improvement team.
? Self-driven, and good at handling pressure.
