职位描述：
The Job:
-Implement training on manufacturing R&D or operation aspects, provide the clients pre/post session support.
-Lead or support consulting project, involved in course design and development

The Candidate:
-In line with company value.
-Minimum 10 years proven experience in R&D or Operation function of manufacturing multinationals, of which 5 years manager role or above, consulting or trainer experiences are advantage.
-Excellent communication skill, open-minded and self-controlled, good team player.
-Comfortable with frequent domestic travel.
