1、接听电话，按要求转接电话或记录信息；
2、负责公司快递、信件、包裹的收发工作；
3、负责来访客户的接待，做好接待与引见工作；
4、协助上级完成公司行政事务工作及部门内部日常事务工作；
任职要求：
1、高中以上学历；
2、半年或一年以上相关工作经验，优秀应届生也可，同行业1年以上单证工作经验优先；
3、办事沉稳、细心、领悟能力强，有良好的团队合作意识；
4、待人接物大方得体，有礼貌，懂得基本行政管理常识；

We are part of Cargo Services Far East one of the largest Supply Chain and Logistics companies in Asia .The person coming into this position will be coming into a fast-growing Food & Beverage organization. There will be lots of room to grow in this growing organization.

We are international distributor of Fine food product into Hong Kong and China . We import food and beverage products from Australia, New Zealand, Italy, France, Spain, Ireland and South Africa.
