职位描述：
工作内容：
根据需求、目标受众和目标，设计完整的活动方案
在商定的时间内实现项目目标；
准备预算， 确保项目的盈利能力；
做好客户沟通, 确保客户满意；
与供应商进行沟通和谈判；
第三方供应商管理 (DJ、服务生等)；
监督所有活动运营；
监督所有员工 (活动协调员, 餐饮等)；
确保活动顺利完成， 并逐步解决可能发生的任何问题；
完成现场检查， 场地搭建和音频视频产品评估；
设计师和创意部门的协调；
发布活动报告。

职位要求：
本科或硕士学位；
至少4-5年的项目经理经验；
普通话标准、英语(口语和书面)流利；
熟悉电脑操作，精通办公软件；
优秀的沟通和谈判能力；
出色的组织能力；
善于解决问题，思维反应敏捷；
良好的客户服务意识；
具有团队精神与积极向上态度；
供应商资源丰富(摄影师，MC，乐队，音频视频，餐饮，数字服务机构等)。

Responsibility:
Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
Achieve projects goals within agreed-upon schedule.
Prepare budgets, ensure project profitability.
Manage client communication and ensure client satisfaction.
Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
3rd party vendors management (DJs, waiters etc.).
Overlook all event operations.
Supervise all staff (event coordinators, caterers etc.)
Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
Carry out site inspections, set up and AV production evaluations.
Designers and Creative Dpt. coordination.
Post event report

Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree.
At least 4-5 years of proven experience as an event project manager
Native Chinese speaker fluent in English (oral and written)
Computer savvy, proficient in MS Office
Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
Excellent organizational skills
A knack for problem-solving, fast thinker
Customer-service orientation
A team player with a positive and energetic attitude.
