Labbrand is the leading China originated brand innovations agency with over 11 years of experience in consumer insights, brand strategy, brand naming, design and digital.
MADJOR is the Labbrand group’s digital practice. Our mission is to help clients trigger, plan and execute digital brand transformation. To do so we combine our capabilities in insights, technology, strategy, organizational engagement and design.
Our client base includes companies such as Booking.com, Accor, Mondelez and Skoda. Our projects include digital lifestyle insights, digital brand experience design, digital transformation workshops, new product/service design and development of digital brand platforms.
Job responsibilities:
To support its long-term development, MADJOR is looking for a junior digital brand content manager capable of participating in the elaboration and execution of strong digital brand content strategies. Key accounts served will be a luxury hotel group and luxury F&B retailer.
Project excellence:
? Collaborate with digital strategy consultants and senior planners to set strong, differentiating strategies for online brand content including editorial themes, creative formats, content distribution eco-system and KPI tracking mechanisms
? Work with creative teams to conceptualize innovative content pieces across different formats (copy, visuals, video, audio…) and different distribution channels (social media, brand website, paid media, KOLs…)
? Work with content production team (copywriters, designers and technologists) to coordinate production and posting of content according to timeline and specifications
? Support digital strategy consultants and senior planners in creating project deliverables including content strategy frameworks, monthly content plans, campaign planning documents and analytics reports
Client engagement:
? Support digital strategy consultants and senior planners in pitching new content ideas to existing and potential clients
? Act as contact person for day to day project management
Thought leadership:
? Contribute to company publications by participating in the writing of articles that present MADJOR’s take on topics related to online brand content
Ideal profile:
? 1 to 3 years of experience in a content related role. Both client and agency side experience will be considered
? Experience coordinating content creation across different formats (copy, visuals, videos, campaign sites, games etc…)
? Experience with content analytics and content management platforms
? Experience working with a variety of content platforms including Wechat, Weibo and video platforms. Extra attention will be given to candidates who also have experience working with foreign platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
? Deep familiarity with the Wechat eco-system
? Native Chinese speaker with fluency in English
