熟悉设计院提供的图纸及技术资料，设计把控并提出合理的调查建议，在设计阶段进行成本控制；
协调或处理图纸及施工中专业技术问题；
对招标书及设计、合同进行专业支持，提出合理化建议；
配合成本部提供相关产品的技术要求, 参与材料、设备考察询价，对原材料采购数量审核把关；
根据项目进展与经理、顾问和团队成员协作和沟通。确保工作能够同时满足客户要求、预算和时间进度;
将设计理念转化为实用性的产品并保证质量技术和设计控制；
能够在建筑领域提供有创意的新产品和解决方案并完成方案汇报材料。
Roles and Responsibilities:
Review and assessment of design drawings, specifications and documents of architecture design, including concept design, preliminary design and construction design;
On request, review Supplier’s quotations from an Architecture engineering standpoint and offer reasonable suggestions;
Conceptualize total project and establish key work priorities for development of design, scheduling and budgeting;
Provide Architecture support to the other engineering disciplines;
File Architecture calculations and other documents in the proper manner at the conclusion of design work;
Coordinate and communicate regularly with managers, consultants, and team members regarding project status; ensure work meets clients, requirements, is timely and completed within budget;
Integrate design concepts into workable products and maintain quality technical and design control;
任职要求：
1、 全日制本科及以上学历，建筑学及相关专业；
2、 有独立项目设计经历优先，有较好的审美品味及方案把握能力；(经验比较重要)
3、 能熟练的使用CAD、PKPM、天正，PHOTOSHOP，3DMAX，SKETCHUP等建筑应用软件，有一定手绘功底和熟练掌握SU建模者优先考虑；
4、 熟悉项目设计流程及本专业相关设计规范标准，熟悉各种工艺及建筑材料；
5、 良好的团队合作精神及协调能力;
6、 工作态度认真、谨慎，心理承受能力强；诚实守信，责任意识强，积极进取；
7、 有中国绿色建筑标识星级认证，美国LEED认证经验者优先；
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree of Architecture or related major;
2. Experience in design and construction management of civil work as preference;
3. PC skills in CAD/PKPM/TIANZHENG/PHOTOSHOP/3DMAX/SKETCHUP as preference;
4. Thorough knowledge of the design and construction inspection code and standards;
5. Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment;
6. Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and with strong attention to detail;
7. Knowledge of China's green building certification, or the United States LEED certification as preference. 举报 分享
