With Fan,Chan & Co.CPA Group, Fan,Chan&Dr.Neumann Business Advisory (Shanghai)Co.Ltd. provides audit, controlling tax and accounting services, primarily to our European clients in the Chinese market.

As our business is expanding rapidly, we are now seeking a highly motivated

Audit manager/Assistant Manager

Job Profile:

Design and updating of audit procedures and documentation for external audit

Conduct year end auditing of WFOEs and JVs as leader of the audit team

Prepare and carry out due diligence projects

Accounting, controlling and tax consulting related to FDI in China

Requirements:

Previously worked at an international CPA firm as audit manager or assistant manager

3-5 years working experience

Business fluent in English

Confident and professional business appearance

Good skills of self organizing, strong communication skills

Perspectives:

Long-term perspective in a foreign invested enterprise

Excellent working environment in prime area in shanghai puxi.
