**Position Summary: **
The scope of this position is mainly to be responsible for all issues relative to customer order management.

**Responsibilities: **
- Customer Order (CO) / Internal Purchase Order (IPO) review.
       ? Check all customer order related technical and commercial requirements, maintain order information into relative systems accordingly. Make sure customer requirements to be accurately and timely passed to further processes.
- Order follow up and expediting.
       ? Follow up orders with COE, materials, production and other relative teams by using global tools and systems in the agreed way.
       ? Communicate CO status to sales or customers by offering order acknowledgements, order status reports, etc.
- (Factory Acceptance Test) FAT arrangement.
       ? Plan FAT, cooperate with internal departments and lead the end-customer to fulfill FAT.
- Shipping and Invoicing
       ? Arrange shipments and issue invoices to customers. Prepare other documents according to customers’ needs. (incl. documents for customs clearance or L/C, test reports, 3.1B certificates, COO, etc.) Send these documents to internal customers on time and keep proper filing.
- Follow up sales targets and KPIs closely. Take all necessary actions and make suggestions to improve the on time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare business reports for department management needs.
- Other sales support relative work according to supervisor's assignment.

**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: **
- Above college degree with minimum 2 years relative working experience in a foreign investment manufacturing company. Major in commercial. (Knowledge with technical would be a plus.)
- Good command of English (Both written and Oral capability)
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office. Knowledge and experience of ERP system is necessary.
- Customer Service Thought. Result Orientated.
- Open-minded. Team player with good communication skill.
