职位描述：
Position Summary:
Responsible for driving the product innovation projects with digital contents for the next-generation sports equipment product line (basketballs and basketball related categories) and related IoT. Performs research and analysis on emerging technologies and digital applications that lead to successful product innovation and commercialization. Execute product development projects with latest technologies for enhanced manufacturability, performance, component/unit design, assembly, and cost structure.

Key Responsibilities:
? Provides electrical engineering and analytics support for assigned product innovation projects.
? Provides prototype drawings for the electronic hardware/component design, assists in instructional manual or specification creation, and prepare Bill Of Material activities for assigned digital PD projects or a range of IoT devices.

? Participates in internal/external reviews of new sports technology product innovation projects/opportunities.
? Provide cross-platform software development support for continuous integration, building systems, and test automation.
? Represents the International Product Innovation Team as assigned chief technical staff to company activities requiring product related technical input. Company activities to include internal/external meetings, sales functions and trade shows.
? Provides standardized technical direction in assigned company activities based upon specific department objectives and engineering principles and practices.
? Works with internal/external sources and partners to secure new product and component qualifications.
? Be proactive in expanding and enforcing the company’s intellectual property as it relates to all product innovations and technologies.
? Keep abreast of the latest technology in design, manufacturing processes, materials, project management and communication techniques.
? Performs detailed testing and analysis of competitor’s products.
Requirements:
? Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Information System, Industrial Technology,
? 8-10 years of experience in system architecture and design, innovation process and IP analysis, hardware-software integration, system hardware/software design and development, mobile software architecture, design, and 6-8 years of experience in the sports technology space preferred.
? Diverse knowledge on electronic hardware materials/components, PCB design, prototyping, R&D processes, and manufacturing.
? Knowledge on programming and software platform – C Firmware development, software development – application development.
? Skills and experience in mobile and embedded architecture.
? Passion for modern analytics.
? Strong team playing and communication skills.
