---Handle incoming phone calls & general enquires
--- Manage office administration like purchase, logistics and equipment maintenance
--- Organize and manage the filing system
--- Assist in research and reports
--- Maintain and manage database
--- Provide support to the sales administration and routine work
--- information for internals and externals
--- Assist in monitoring inventory movement and customer's orders
--- Assist in handling and consolidating sales & forecast reports for management
--- Assist in supporting to the Sales, Marketing & Operations teams

REQUIREMENT


 -- Basic English level

--Hard working and good experience in Office software

--Good team player

--Able to work under pressure

--Quality and result oriented

--Good interpersonal and communication skill
