职位描述
-通过不同的手段和途径，最大限度回收问题贷款，并尽量减少风险拨备。

主要职责
-通过现金及资产回收、贷款重组、押品执行、押品补充等清收措施，最大程度回收贷款；
-对问题贷款进行有效评估并制定适当的清收策略和方案，以实现减少个别风险拨备计提和拨备回拨，最终为银行创利；
-进行问题贷款的日常维护，包括跟进还款事宜、与借款人的沟通与谈判、制定清收策略和方案、准备信贷报告、起草简单的法律文书、跟进法律诉讼、与外部清收机构的日常交流等；
-定期向管理层汇报问题贷款回收进展，并不定时评估回收几率；
-处理上级指派的其他临时任务；
-准备月度减值计提报告。

职位要求
-大学本科以上学历，金融、法律或相关专业；
-最低5年以上银行从业经验，有贷款清收相关经验者优先考虑；
-熟悉银行业的相关法律法规，了解关于授信、清收、清算和破产的相关规定；
-良好的沟通和交际能力；
-流畅的中英文听、说、读、写能力。 举报 分享
