任职资格：
1.具备奢侈品、高端酒店、航空公司等行业的市场与销售工作经验；
2.具备相关业务拓展经验；
3.有一定人脉资源并且了解上海/北京/广州/深圳的高端旅游行业现状；
4.具备一定网络资源及媒体关系；
5.具备出色的人际交往及组织能力；
6.普通话及英语熟练，会说日语/法语/西班牙语更佳；
7.良好的仪表及谈吐，能够融入奢侈品市场；
8.热情富有活力；
9.创新的思维及想法；
10.对超舒适订制旅行感兴趣且有热情；
11.能够适应弹性工作。

工作时间：
全年：周一至周五：9:00 至 17:30

工作地址：
上海市普陀区陕西北路路 1438 号财富时代大厦15楼 （近地铁 13 号线江宁路，地铁 7 号线长寿路）

薪资信息：
1.基本工资：税前 6000 元人民币
2.补贴：根据业务能力给予的相关，每人从 1500-5000 不元人民币不等；
3.公司业绩奖励：公司会根据上一季度的运营情况发放季度奖励，数值从 0-无限人民币；
4.增长式年底奖励：每任职满一年给予一个月平均工资，最多将会在年底拿到 3 个月平均工资；

福利信息：
1.假日：您将可以享受所有的法定假日，婚假和产假等；
2.年假：您将会有每年 5 天的基本带薪年假，每工作 1 年增加 1 天，13 天封顶，如果有奖励旅行则额外增加 3 天带薪年假；

薪资评估：
每年会有根据公司发展和运营情况以及工作表现进行薪资评估，在更新合同的同时会给予：1.晋升机会；2.增加基本工资；3.更新提成比例；4.公司年底奖励；5.更优质的员工旅行奖励。

Qualifications:
1.Previous experience in marketing & sales for luxury brands, Hotels，Airlines or others sectors.
2.Proven track records in business development.
3.Well connected, with good knowledge of the Shanghai/Beijing/Guangzhou/Shenzhen market to insure efficiency of actions taken.
4.Active network （strong guanxi） to allow swift progress and good impact of actions.
5.Outstanding communication and organizational skills as the nature of the job involve many interlocutors and a lot of sharing is needed.
6.Well spoken, perfectly fluent in at least both Mandarin and English, Japanese/French/Spanish would be an added value.
7.Immaculate presentation & manners to blend into the High-end travel market.
8.Dynamic, energetic and good personality.
9.Creative mind in order to stimulate ideas and actions.
10.Passionate and interested in .
11.Flexibility for work schedule according to potential event and opportunities.

Salary and benefits package:

Salary:
1.Basic Salary: Pre - tax 6000 yuan
2.Basic Allowance :it will be 1500 to 5000 yuan per month according to your personal ability
3.Merit Bonuses: you will be given an bonuses every three-month from 0 to unlimited according to the corporate performance;
4.Year-end Bonus: there is a year-end bonus as an amount of 1 to 3 times of your monthly average wages;

Salary evaluation:
