职位描述：
Mission:
? Maintain instruments and electricity facilities in good condition.
? Correct any failures on time.
? Organize daily check and preventive maintenance.
Main Responsibilities:

? In charge of daily management and maintenance of whole plant electricity system.
? In charge of instrument & PLC/ electricity etc., safety interlock and device daily management, Correct un-safety issue on time and
keep record. Provide training to operators.
? In charge of leading regular maintenance for packing machine, labelling device, palletizer, wrapping machine and convey line.
? Lead daily instrument / control system breakdown analysis , make correct and prevent action , to reduce TIM (time in maintenance),
increase OEE (overall equipment efficiency)
? Assist maintenance supervisor to control maintenance cost, and cost analysis.
? Work with mechanical engineer to carry on TEC activity to develop TPM /5S to improve facility reliability.
? Other tasks arranged by Maintenance Supervisor.
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical engineering or auto control.
? At least 3 years of work experience in relevant field.
? Have sufficient knowledge of ABB VFD and Siemens PLC.
? Knowledge about electrical safety is mandatory.
? Be responsible, careful, honest enough to assure work quality and effective
