职位描述：
1.In charge of all FOB orders shipment. Keep well with forwarder to make sure goods arrives destination port on time. Issue proforma invoice client needs so the customer can be through the custom smoothly. In charge of payment receive form client on time and adjust payment balance with the supplier accordance.
负责所有贴牌定单的FOB出运方式，和货代保持良好的合作确保货物按时到达指定港口。及时开具客人所需要的商业形式发票以配合客人通关流程，及时有效收到客人货款。同时根据出货情况调整和供应商的货款对账工作。

2. In charge of all MACSEIS brand order shipment by way of DDP. To follow up goods and prepare all documents with correct item number and price for going through custom by Germany port. Knowing about the calculation way of import VAT&DUTY by Germany port. To make sure goods going through Germany custom and arrives MACSEIS stock safely.
负责所有MACSEIS品牌定单DDP的出运方式。跟踪货物出运进度，及时准备好货到海外港所需要的清关资料、商品名、商业发票以便顺利通关海关的各项检查。了解到达海外港口自行进口时需要支付关税涉及到的计算公式。确保货物顺利通关之后安全到达MACSEIS指定的仓库。

3. To manage each delivery into / out the MACSEIS stock. Manage well each stock order, and confirm with stock if delivery could be processed or not. To update MACSEIS stock product number every week and make weekly report. Remind payment to client and update outstanding payment from client.
管理好每票货物进/出MACSEIS仓库的数据。管理好客人在仓库定下的每个定单，和仓库确定是否可以发货给客人。每个星期须更新仓库销售数据，根据此数据计算销售佣金。及时提醒客人付款并且更新客人账单。

4. To keep well all sales/ purchase/ cost invoice and follow up our foreigner accountant make sure monthly VAT returning.
根据公司国外审计的要求保存好每个定单涉及的销售、购买、费用等凭证以便配合落实退税工作。

5.With excellent English communication skills on both written / oral, specially the oral English communication must be perfect. To handle simply Germany language skills will be consider preferentially. Very familiar knowledge about international trading business process, the payment term, knowing well international trading shipment, logistic, no less 3years related working experience. With experience of financial accountant or stock management will be priority to consider.
应聘者应该具有6级以上英语水平，超强的语言沟通能力和书写表达能力，如可以掌握简单的德语为我司优先考虑。非常熟悉国际贸易流程，支付方式，掌握外贸船务知识，相关工作的经验应不少于3年。如具有相关的财会经验或仓库管理经验者为优先考虑。
