Main Mission:
Develops the teams to meet the needs of the department through recruiting and integration training.
Ensures the successful integration of teams and good social climate.
Relays information within the team.
Ensures the administrative management of personnel and contributes by their expertise to respecting the internal policy.
Responsibily
- Implementation of policies.
- Ensure the effective implementation of social legislation and internal agreements, particularly with regard to working hours, contracts ...
- Alert Managers and Management on deviations and anticipate problems.
- Formalise the needs with Managers taking into account the complementarities of teams and validate coherence with budgets.
- Organise and administer the recruitment process (launch research, telephone screening of applicants or interviews, applicant follow-up, probation periods, ...).
- Anticipate needs by creating a pool of potential candidates and taking contact with external organisations (universities, employment agencies).
- Inform Managers on specific contracts (Chinese or foreign traineeships)
- Formalize employment contracts, amendments, resident permits, taking into account the labour laws and company agreements, and ensure their administrative management.
- Treat and control the data in the HR information system (create and update records, follow-up work hours, annual leave, flexible hours application,...).
- Manage and animate the differences with Managers and anticipate difficulties (alert on leave balances,)
- Prepare and animate HR indictors.
- Follow occupational health, reports of accidents at work, sick leave, holidays, security .
- Manage and animate legal systems with the relevant official departments (foreign work visas/permits, income tax, disabled workers, blood)
- Organise the integration of newcomers and participate in animating the HR integration kit (work hours, sharing policies, safety rules, Group information,...)
- Organise the formalisation of HR processes and the transmission of know.
