职位描述：
任职要求：

1、统筹各服务管家完成各项租客租住后续服务事宜：如租金催促、维修调度、租客满意度回访、租客续签、租客物业交割等；
2、负责客服部各项管理服务工作，随时掌握房源管理费等相关费用的收取情况，并整理出每日、每周的销售及收租数据；
3、组织对房源定期进行巡视，检查卫生、租摆、消杀、设备、设施等存在的问题，及时通知相关部门予以解决；
4、负责公司营销服务中心各项工作的统筹，包括服务标准、服务内容的制定，内部团队成员的培训事宜；
5、负责房源有关客户服务等日常事务的领导组织工作，及相关部门的协调工作；
6、确保营销服务中心员工的出勤安排，并根据工作需要及时做出调整；
7、组织、协调中心内的日常工作，对员工进行考核评定；
8、负责各项租客纠纷及意见跟进及处理。

职位要求：
1、具有管理类等相关专业优先；
2、4年以上相关行业经验；
3、优秀的团队建设经验，有较强的客户服务意识；
4、有较强的沟通、协调能力；
5、有公寓管理、物业管理、酒店管理、连锁服务管理经验者优先。 举报 分享
