职位描述Job Description：
1、 确保SAP系统中销售、采购、库存及业务伙伴数据的输入及时和准确性；
Ensure the sales, purchasing, i***entory and business partners data are inputted accurately and timely in the SAP system;
2、 负责订单的在线跟踪与管理；
Responsible for tracking and managing the order online;
3、 定期检查客户应付货款和已到交货期还未发货的订单，及时反映异常；
Regularly checking to the customer payment and unfilled orders has been to the delivery time, timely reflect abnormal;
4、 协助销售工程师进行客户服务 （查询库存、货期等事项）；
Assist sales engineer to customer service (query i***entory, delivery date and other items);
5、 与其他部门共事解决相关的问题。
Work with other departments to solve the problem.

任职要求 Qualification：
1、 大学毕业；
University graduated;
2、 1年以上的相关经验；
More than 3 years relevant experiences;
3、 熟练运用办公软件，Word\Excel\PPT等；
Skillfully to use office software, Word/Excel/PPT, and so on;
4、 具备良好的沟通能力，具有团队精神；
Have good communication skills and team spirit;
5、 熟练的英语技能；
Oral & writing fluency in English.
6、会使用SAP系统的优先。
