Job Duty & Responsibility
工作职责
1.Establish and follow workshop plan; and main project schedule maintaining and following;
 车间生产计划的制订并实施跟踪；主计划的维护以及跟踪；
2.Responsible for new process experiment of the new product
 承担新产品试制项目中的工艺试验工作
3.Responsible for process revision of the major product
负责主要产品工艺文件的修改工作
4.Responsible for establishing planning time, solve the key problem in production as well
负责工时定额编制管理工作，并解决产品工时定额中关键问题
6.To improve the system about the planning time, to ensure the rationality
及时完成各项产品的工时定额制度，修改、确保定额水平的科学合理
7.To solve technical problem happened in workshops in time
深入车间现场及时处理生产中出现的技术问题
8.To master actual working time on the spot at workshops, and revise the original planning time if needing
 深入车间现场及时掌握产品的实际工时，如果需要，依此修正产品的原始工时定额
9.Responsible for finishing other tasks assigned by superior leaders
负责完成上级领导交办的其他各项任务

1.Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.

Job Requirement & Qualification
任职要求
1.Able to do the daily work in foreign language
基本能使用外语进行日常工作
3."Excellent computer skill
4能熟练使用电脑进行日常工作"
5.College or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering or other associate professionals
大专或以上学历，机械工程类或其他相关专业毕业
6.Three or above years experience in mechanical factory
在机械加工工厂工作经历3年及以上，有机械加工工序过程工作经历
7.Familiar with process establishing, process exchange and production examination
 熟悉产品的工艺编制，工艺技术交流及产品零部件工艺性审查
8.Familiar with new process experiment of new product
熟悉新产品试制项目中新工艺试验工作
9.Familiar with process revision of product 熟悉产品工艺文件的修改工作
10.Able to solve technical problem happened in workshops in time
