Qualifications:

• University graduate, MBA as a second degree will be added advantage
• 3 years or more direct sales experience in HR/training consulting firms
• Contacts with HRM and/or OD/training functions with leading MNCs
• Exposure in multinational corporations
• Collaborative mindset and customer service oriented
• Strong communication skills including business writing in English and Chinese
• Excellent presentation skills and business etiquette
• Self-discipline and confident
• Dynamic personality, motivated with creative reasoning
• Willing to work under pressure both individually and as part of a team
• Results-focused

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Advocate Wilson Learning's proprietary performance improvement solutions, technology and services
• Responsible for managing current client accounts and continuous expansion of new client base
• Partnering with the senior management of client companies in understanding their business problems and working with internal resources to recommend learning and development solutions
• Value-add when building and maintaining professional business relationships with clients
• Conducting research on clients' business, industry and market situation
• Develop and provide internal marketing resource for clients
