岗位职责

1、负责物资的验收入库，根据领料、收料单检查物资的数量、质量、品种和规格；

2、遵守库房管理制度和物资收、发、存的有关规定，定期检查各类物资的保管情况，负责库内物资的维护、保管；

3、按照仓库管理要求，做好仓库的安全保卫工作，确保库房安全；

4、负责物资收、发凭证的审查、卡片登记、台帐的管理和报表编制工作；

5、按照物资管理规定，做到“材质清、规格清、数量清、库容整齐、帐、卡、物数量一致”；

6、及时反馈库存信息；

7、遵守公司规章制度，完成上级安排和交办的工作。

任职条件：

1、具有高中以上文化程度；

2、基础知识：

（1）熟悉企业物料类别、属性、性能；

（2）熟悉企业仓库管理制度。

3、职业技能：

（1）具有仓库管理的知识；

（2）能熟练运用办公自动化应用软件、了解ERP系统更好。

4、工作能力：3年以上仓库管理经验；

5、健康状况：身体健康，能胜任仓库管理工作。

工作时间：工作日8：00-16：30，做五休二，家住浦东金桥附近者优先
