职位描述：
Description of position:
This position acts as a Food Safety and Quality Assurance specialist for all foods and non-foods related product testing in China. Assist in audits program or other projects if needed.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for QA-related compliance in China; communications among relevant parties to complete job tasks.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
PRODUCT TESTING
● Coordinate product testing of local and imported products. Update/ track testing status and file test reports/standards periodically. Communicate with relevant parties (i.e. labs, buying team, vendor, US/Taiwan QA team) to complete job tasks.
● Provide insight and advice on changes in local regulations and import compliance.
● Identify, create, and implement protocols to setup an import process into China.
● Conduct audits, training and setting up QA & Food Safety procedures (import requirements, food safety, labeling, QA, etc).
● Chinese labels creation for Food and Non-food items, including import and domestic.
● Represent the company at presentations, seminars and working meetings with government agencies, trade offices etc.
● Communicate with buying team, inspection service providers, and custom brokers to ensure the accurateness and preciseness of statutory requirements.
● Other tasks as the company may require.

Qualifications:
● Education/Training: A college degree is required.
● Experience: Three year or more work experience in Trading, Import Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, or Quality Assurance field is preferred.
● Knowledge/Skills required:
o Basic knowledges of relevant laws and regulations.
o Computer skills: Windows OS and applications: Word, Excel, and Power Point skills.
o Good written and verbal communication skills (both English & Chinese).
