职位描述：
1、负责质量问题解决过程，落实相关体系文件，包括计划和目标的策划、实施、推动与持续改进；
Responsible for problem solving process and document establishment ，including process and target planning, implementation, and continous improvement;
2、建立质量问题Lesson Learned 数据库，并负责维护和管理，实现技术沉淀与经验共享；
Set up Lesson Learned dababase and responsible for the update and management to realise the technique build-up and share;
3、支持和协助问题负责人对综合性质量难题、重大质量问题、安全相关问题组建攻关团队，实现问题的分析与解决，必要时寻求国外资源支持；
Support to establish trouble-shooting team for complicated/major quality issues, and product safety related issues , make analysis and find a solution for the issues. If necessary, consult overseas brother plants for support;
4、确保每周8D报表按时完成并鉴定问题的升级需求向管理层汇报；
Ensure 8D weekly reporting and identify escalation needs to management;
5、对影响公司质量内损/外损的TOP问题，协调相关职能部门建立部门级整改方案并推动落实；
Coordinate cross-function teams to establish department -level solution and push the implementation for the Top problems related to quality scrap cost in and outside the company;
6、负责提升公司整体的质量问题解决能力、组织培训、增加工程师质量手法的运用；
Responsible for increasing problem solving ability though the whole company,organize the training and enhance the application of quality tools in the engineer level;
7、完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

岗位要求Job Requirements:
1、大学本科以上
Bachelor degree above
2、熟悉质量体系ISO/TS16949，VDA6.3，并能运用质量工具及数据分析解决质量问题
IATF 16949, VDA6.3
3、汽车行业从事质量方面的工作5年以上
At least 5 years in quality management, automotive industry
4、熟练使用MS-office
MS-OFFICE
5、有参与项目质量管理经验
Project-involving experience is required
6、良好的语言沟通能力与协调能力及团队合作精神，工作积极主动，以结果为导向，抗压能力强并能及时完成上级领导布置的任务。
