职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1.负责教学资源库的搭建，建立和更新教案库；
2.依据项目的发展战略和教学需求，优化并改进教学方法和教学流程；
3.创新教育教学质量控制和评估体系搭建，提高讲师的教学和服务绩效，改善教师各项教学指标；
4.创新教育讲师培训体系搭建，包括入职、在岗及个性化等系列培训；
5.助力教育产品开发与管理，设计创新在线教材及课程体系，提出行之有效的学术建议，
  与运营和产品部门通力合作，规划产品的发展与市场定位；


Requirements:
1、教学管理经验或讲师培训经验3年以上；
2、有3年及以上教育培训行业一线教学经验
3、工作主动热情，协作意识强，目标性强，创新意识强，能够积极努力达成团队与个人的目标。
4、有私立小学或国际小学英语教学经验者优先；
5、热爱教育事业，认真负责，团队协作，极好的沟通技能,能够承担较大的工作压力； 举报 分享

I Shine English originates from Taiwan and has been operated on mainland China for a few years now. I-Shine’s achievements have been covered by several leading international Media, such as “Business Weekly”.
