In your new role you will:

• Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.). Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers). Develop (new) online activities together with MarCom and product & application marketing to increase customer acquisitions. Support Lead Management tasks at trade shows & events.
• Co-ordinating and review SEO/SEA activities and campaigns on Chinese web pages. Review SEO/SEA performance and feedback to 3rd party agency
• Responsible for developing, executing and measuring local Chinese campaign plan, marketing communication campaigns and lead-generation programs for channel-ready products with Infineon distribution partners. Manage all channel marketing communications (newsletters, web banners & microsites product introdutions, etc.).
• Optimize and experiment to improve key metrics that both our company and channel partners care about.
• Create blog content and other helpful resources to arm our channel partners with everything they need to succeed.
• Collaborate with marcom and marketing to ensure our channel partners are considered in every program and campaign we run.
• Track the efficiency of all channel marketing projects. This includes tight alignment with our channel partners' account managers internally to ensure consistency.
• Manage and build email lists and campaigns, including the design templates, calls-to-action, and content used in your email sends. Creation of Chinese E-Mail Marketing Campaigns (Newsletter, Trade Show & Event Invitations, Nurture Programs). Adapt global English campaigns to la local need and language.
• Collaborate with product & application marketing, sales, marcom and headquarters to capture relevant online content that meets the needs of our end customer engineering audience.
• Listen and engage in relevant social discussion about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing customers and leads and from brand new audiences that don't yet know us. Explore new ways to engage and new social networks to reach our target buyers

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Master degree or above preferably in Business Administration, Communications or equivalent
• Self -driven and able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
• Ability to multi-task and handle several projects con-currently
• Good organization and coordination skills
• Service- oriented, enjoy meeting and interacting with people
• Good experience in content creation and writing skills
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge Microsoft office and knowledge of html coding
• Knowledge in brand and marketing communications skills and in depth experience in developing marketing strategies and campaigns to deliver strong business results
• Proficient in English and Chinese.
