Sourcing Specialist (供應商開發) & ISO 9001 Lead Auditor審核員 with Fastener Engineering Background工程背景

Duties and Responsibilities:

A: Sourcing

? Form relationships with important suppliers in the industry
? Negotiate deals and contracts with suppliers
? Negotiate pricing, quantity, and delivery schedules
? Have an in-depth knowledge of the fastener industry

B: Auditing

? Quality management system (QMS) factory audits
? Issue, manage and follow-up on deficiencies and corrective actions
? Ensure root causes are identified
? Use the results of QMS audits to identify opportunities for improvement
? Supplier quality score cards (KPI, PPM)

C: Engineering

? Identify technical or quality problems and provide engineering support
? Capability & process assessments to verify supplier qualifications
? Develop quality assurance plans and manage process controls
? Ensure supplier compliance and performance
? Provide support during new product introduction and until project completion
? Review technical prints/drawings
? Assist with first article inspections (FAI)
? Review test data

Experience:
? Engineering degree
? ISO 9001:2015 lead auditor
? Sourcing & Purchasing experience
? Minimum five years of experience in a manufacturing environment
? Minimum three years of experience in the fastener industry
? Good English skills
? Good computer skills
? Excel, AutoCAD
? Experience with lab testing equipment: Tensile tester, Hardness tester, etc.
? Understands APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, PDCA, 8D, ASTM, ASME, ANSI, SAE, DIN, UL, CE, CSA, REACH, RoHS

B：审核

2：发布、管理和跟踪缺陷和纠正措施 。
3：与客户确保发现根本原因并协助纠正措施。
4：使用QMS审核的结果来识别改进的机会 。
5：供应商质量评分卡（KPI，PPM）。
C：工程
1：识别技术或质量问题并提供工程支持 。
2：对供应商尽行能力和流程评估，以验证供应商的资格 。
3：制定质量保证计划并管理过程控制。
4：确保供应商的符合性和性能性。
5：在新产品导入和项目完成之前提供支持
6: 审查技术图纸
7：协助首件检查（FAI）
8：审查测试数据

9：有实验室测试设备的经验：拉力测试仪，硬度计等
