JOB TITLE Testing operator
DEPARTMENT PRODUCTION

THIS IS A TESTING INDUSTRIAL BACK GROUND JOB , IF YOU WITHOUT TESTING /LAB EXPERIENCE PLS DONT SEND APPLICATION

JOB OBJECTIVES

MAIN OBJECTIVES:
？ Testing:
o Responsible of Puller testing of the goods arriving the port , procedure the puller testing and feedback the report to Testing department
o Check the shipment sample or other sample physical testing require by Safety department and making complete English report update in internal system
o According to testing department requirement , pick out the chemical testing samples, and send to Lab
？ Port Coordinate:
o According to Daily QC capacity and weekly working plan arrange appropriate workload to each QC and packer
？ Mayoral shanghai Chinese order:
o Responsible the physical test of CN order in door testing
o Assist QC team of quality control



SECONDARY OBJECTIVES:
？ Keep in touch with the office of Shanghai, especially when the unexpected situation occurs.
？ Visit factory for physical testing or chemical testing sample picking if necessary.
？ Support to All QC regarding the doubts of puller testing

REQUIRED TRAINING
- Puller testing skills and basic Chemical knowledge especially for CHILDREN WEAR industry IS A MUST
- Basic training in fabric
- Basic training in quality control

 LANGUAGES
- Chinese: essential native level
- English: bilingual imperative level

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE POST
 
- BUSINESS SKILLS:
o Communication skills: maintain communication direct and fluid, Representative of transfer information between safety and Damco CFS warehouse
o Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Adaptability: Adapt to the changes and new features
o Organizational capacity: be systematic and orderly, following and respecting mayoral production, testing and Quality control procedure, respecting team work
o Availability to travel domestic and overseas



- TECHNICAL SKILLS:
o Knowledge of puller testing procedure
o Basic knowledge of chemical
o Knowledge of washing test
o Ability to read/interpret technical documents and work instructions
o Ability to write routine technical reports related to inspection services.
o In depth knowledge of Inspection Levels, AQLs and sampling plans
o Good PC skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
o Experience with AS-400 computer database system or something similar

- Physical Demands:
o Ability to frequently stand/walk.
o Ability to occasionally lift objects, carry or push/pull objects. 举报 分享
