岗位职责:
Job Responsibilities:
1. 通过向客户进行产品介绍,使其了解公司的背景、规模、产品性能,同时了解客户的生产、销售和发展方向,有针对性地向客户推荐公司的产品,以完成销售目标,进一步提高本公司产品市场占有率。
Introduce products to the customer, make them understand the background, the scale, product performance of the company, and know the customer's production, sales and development direction.Accoringly recommend products to the customer to complete the sales target and further improve our products market share.
2. 每周不定期的向总监汇报市场开发情况、销售工作情况、客户需求变化及内部调整信息等各类营销方面的事宜。
Irregular weekly report to the director of market development, sales performance, customer demand changes and internal adjustment information such as all kinds of marketing issues.
3. 收集、分析、汇总客户、竞争对手及行业的信息和发展趋势,并要求每季度向总监提交市场调研报告,以便为公司管理层提供有价值的决策支持。
Collect, analyze and sum up information about customers, competitors, and vehicle trend, submit maket research report to director quarterly. In order to provide valuable decision support for the company's management.
4. 建立和维护现有客户和潜在客户的合作关系,保证交付率和提供优质服务,并每半年进行一次客户满意度调查,对达不到满意度的顾客,应立即组织相关部门拿出整改措施。
Establish and maintain relationship with existing customers and potential customers .Ensure timel delivery and high quality services,. conduct a customer satisfaction survey every half year.Take corrective actions with relevant departments once unqualified.
5. 清楚及时的掌握和了解客户产品的销量变化信息,为公司内部生产、采购和客户发展策略提供参考依据。定期登录和维护客户管理系统。
Grasp and understand product sales information timely. Provide the reference basis for internal production, purchasing and development strategy. Login and maintain the customer management system regularly.
6. 监督合同、订单的履行,不满足客户发货要求的情况下应主动沟通横向关系或向责任区域经理和部门主管报告。把顾客档案(资料含:合同、订货单、信函、传真、电话及商谈记录等)及时交销售内勤存档,以备查用。
Supervise the fulfillment of the contract and order.If fail to meet delivery equirements, take the initiative to communicate related departments ,or report to the responsible manager and director. Collect customer profile (including: contract, purchase order, letter, fax, telephone and discuss records, etc.) and pass to sales back office on file for the reference.
7. 及时处理和反馈客户反映的各类问题,客户要求邮件回复的必须及时准确的给予回复。
Timely feedback and handle customer issues and accurate reply.
8. 根据客户的业务状况及回款记录,及时催回笼货款并控制供货,降低经营风险。
Referring the customer's business situation and receivable records, push the paymentin time and control the supply to reduce risk.
9. 加强专业知识和法律法规的学习,不断提高自身素质。争做遵纪守法的好员工。
Strengthen professional knowledge and laws®ulations, improve own quality. Be a good law-abiding employee.
10. 遵守《公司保密制度》,严守公司的各项秘密。
