职位描述:
1、制定市场开拓计划,通过各种渠道搜寻客户资源,开发加盟客户,团购客户,跟进合作发展事宜;
2、跟进加盟商,团购客户合作后事项,包括但不仅限于面谈、款项、合同签订等工作;
3、对所负责区域、商圈、现有店铺进行分析,定期调研市场发展规划和商圈发展状况;
4、推动加盟商提升店铺形象和管理,达到促进终端零售的目的;
5、负责加盟招商活动的策划、组织、实施和评估,主持招商谈判工作;
6、及时掌握竞品以及相关品牌店铺市场开拓相关信息。
任职要求:
1、大专以上学历,四年以上家纺或服装连锁品牌加盟业务经验;
2、良好的沟通能力、拓展能力和谈判能力;
3、个性开放,富有工作激情,能适应出差。
1, marketing plan, through various channels and search for the customer resources, distributor development, group clients, follow up the cooperation development;
2, follow up the joining trader, after the group clients, including but not limited to payment, contract and so on work;
3, responsible for the area, business circle, and analyze the existing stores, regular investigation market development plan and development status of business circle;
4, promote to improve the image of the store and management, and achieve the purpose of promoting the terminal retail;
5, responsible for distributors activities of planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation, host China merchants negotiations;
6, timely grasp the competing goods and related brand shop marketing information.
Job requirements:
1, college degree or above, 4 years experience in textile or garment brand franchise chain;
2, good communication ability and expanding ability and negotiation skills;
3, open personality, rich work passion, can adapt to travel.
